The combination of concrete and glass exteriors create both private and exposed spaces within a structure that’s generally open plan, which also fills the space with varying intensities of light. Elevated walkways made from a combination of steel and concrete wrap around the structure’s interior, without the support of any pillars; this, paradoxically makes these heavy duty materials feel as though they’re floating above the ground floor...*
