Saint Laurent Reopens Faubourg Saint-Honoré Store...*

Saint Laurent recently overhauled its Parisian flagship store, located at 38 Rue du Faubourg Saint-Honoré. The design language of the Saint Laurent stores has been set early on by Hedi Slimane, using a lot of black and white marble – as well as chrome – in mostly minimalist spaces, where the product is front and center. For its home store on Faubourg Saint-Honoré they thought of something a little more special, yet very much in line with what we have seen so far. A mirrored elevator brings special guests to a VIP suite, outfitted with Art Deco furnishings and African masks. Items from the permanent collection, as well as accessories are showcased in the space, next to furnishings by Jacques Adnet, Théo Ruth, André Sornay and Jacques-Émile Ruhlmann by Alfred Porteneuve. While this store is reserved for the women’s collection and accessories, a men’s store close by is going through a similar revamp at the moment and should reopen very soon too...*
